A boost if you’re just treading water

Do you ever feel like you’re just keeping your head above the flood of bad news? Especially since so much recently came to light about species extinction and how things are changing more drastically than scientists had anticipated (particularly in the Arctic), I’ve had to wonder whether it even matters what an individual like me can do. Then I find videos like this. I first saw this last year and saved it because I want to remember that good things are happening too. Hope doesn’t usually make the news headlines, but it’s out there. People across the world do truly care, and are trying to make the world a better, more just place. And all those actions matter. These are the stories I want to focus on.
